Any thoughts on upcoming the service charges?
I'm particularly interested to know how the energy crisis has affected our bills and what measures has R&R taken to mitigate the impact of rising energy costs.
- Are we on a fixed rate tariff with our energy provider? When does it end?
- Are steps taken to make sure that we are using energy effectively and efficiently? Such as turning off the TVs when not in use, or switching off decorative appliances?
- Are communal areas being heated unnecessarily?
I have noticed that the Health Club (the gym) has reduced the maximum temperature for hot water in the showers. In addition, the changing rooms no longer feel like a sauna at times!
I understand that at Skyline, their gym closes early on Friday, to reduce the service charge bill.
