What events should we be holding?

Resident-led, community-building events coming soon. Let us have your ideas.

 

R&R have, within their existing management fee, a budget to spend on community building events. This budget is not yet being spent (partly due to the Pandemic). What community building events would you like to see for Park Collection residents? And when would you like them to be run? We have been thinking of proposing a spring and a summer 'party' of some kind. Please let us have your ideas. It's up to us all to make these events successful.

This meeting of the Hackney Planning sub-committee will consider the proposals being put forward by Berkeley Homes, Notting Hill Genesis and Hackney itself for Phase 4 of the regeneration of the Woodberry Down Estate.

As pointed out elsewhere the proposals have not met with undiluted applause. WDCO, for example, has submitted a series of comments questionaing aspects of the development

Declarations of Interest

A Sub-Committee Member with a disclosable pecuniary interest or a prejudicial

interest in a matter who attends a meeting of the authority at which the matter is considered:

·  must disclose the interest at the start of the meeting or when or when the interest becomes apparent, and

·  may not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter and must

withdraw from the meeting proceedings in person or virtually.

 

A Member who discloses at a meeting a disclosable pecuniary interest which is not registered in the Register of Members Interests or the subject of a pending

notification must notify the Monitoring Officer of the interest within 28 days of the disclosure.

 

Disclosable pecuniary interests, personal interests and prejudicial interests are

defined at paragraphs 8.1 - 15.2 of Section 2 of Part 5 of the constitution and

Appendix A of the Members’ Code of Conduct.
